(Hoaglan) Fowler of Brockton, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Fowler; her child Buffy Fowler; and her brother DeWayne F. Hoaglan. She is survived by: her children, April Louise Fowler of Brockton and Mary-Helena Marjorie Fowler (Joshua Botelho) of Fall River; her brother Bruce Hoaglan of Randolph; and her grandson William Carlyle Fowler.
