He is survived by: his children, Bettina Ciambriello of Brockton, Pasquale Ciaramella (Patti) of Brockton, Alessandro Ciaramella (Norma) of Brockton, Biagina Umano (Paul) of Brockton, Rosina Ciaramella of Brockton and Frank Ciaramella of Brockton; and his sister Maria Massaro (John). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
