It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Augusto Moniz of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Isabel F. Goncalves and Carlos M. Moniz; and his siblings, Maisa Moniz, Carlos B. Moniz, Bruna Moniz, Catia Moniz, Casia Moniz, Keita Moniz, Elder Moniz, Carla F. Moniz, Lauro Andrade and Autalina Silva. He is also survived by his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
