With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Abbott Richard Miller (Brockton, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 30, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Miller and Anna Borvick; and also Paula Shoolman. He is survived by: his wife Lois Miller; his children, Linda Miller Rice, Michael Miller, Gregg Miller and Todd Miller; his grandchildren, Pamela, Adam, Sam (Lottie Hedden), Anna, Sarah, Jacob, Isabella, Julian, Josie, Jaya and Weston; his sister Phyllis Miller Weiner; and also, Kenny Rice, Rachel Berkovits Miller, Cassandra Miller and Sarah Bunkin.

Donations in his honor may be made to his much adored Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary (corkscrew.audubon.org), 375 Sanctuary Road West, Naples, FL 34120.
