He is survived by: his parents, Robert J. and Beverly Ann Phifer (Hatch); his wife Suzanne Phifer (Boudriault); and his siblings, Stephen Phifer of Brimfield, Michael Phifer of Wales, Mark Phifer of Brimfield, James Phifer of Connecticut and Paula Dion of Brimfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and one precious grand niece.
