She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry West and Essie West (Peeples); her husband Sherman Talbert; and her siblings, Mary Ann, Alice Faye, Ila Mae and Henry "Junior".
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Locklear of Brimfield; and her friend Donna Hilt of Palmer. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
