She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo A. Bushey and Jeanie M. Bushey (Smith); her former husband Russell Omer; her daughter Karen J. Knowles Conners (Omer); and her brother Nelson C. Bushey.
She is survived by: her husband Russ; her son Russell J. Omer; her daughter-in-law Pamela of Naples, FL; her daughter Deborah Omer of Springfield; her grandchildren, Nicholas Omer, Charles Omer (Dana), Russell Omer, Andrew Omer (Peyton), Adam Lunghi (Meghan), Sam Quinn Omer, Joseph Quinn Omer, Michael Knowles, Kimberly Trikas (Anthony) and Kristin Sleeper; her great grandchildren, Payten Omer, Abigail Lunghi, Caroline Lunghi, Anthony Trikas, Jr., Alexis Trikas, Victoria Sleeper and Alexander Sleeper; her sister Nancy Carling of North Port, FL; and her sister-in-law Helen Omer. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Specify Springfield, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
