We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2018, at the age of 71, Janet L. Hastings (Brimfield, Massachusetts), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Theodore A.; and her husband Jeffrey C. Hastings. She is survived by: her parent Alberta LaChapelle (Parent); her children, Chief Jeffrey "Jay" Hastings (Erin) of Brimfield, John Hastings (Bonnie) of Palm Bay, FL, James Hastings, Kimberlee Caron of Brimfield and Joy Hastings of Palmer; her siblings, Art LaChapelle of Plainfield, CT and Claire Derosier of Cape Canaveral, FL; and also Daniel O'Keefe of Palmer.
