He is survived by: his children, Michael (Diane), Mark, Deborah (Steven Poliks), Janet Tousignant (Peter Tousignant) and Sandy; his grandchildren, Ashley (Davith Ou), Amy Tousignant and Matthew Poliks; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Ou, Carter Ou and Brynlee Ou; his goddaughter Carol Ray (Mamicki); his children, Jeffery Cook and Trisha (Jeffrey Degray); his grandchildren, Hannah and Cameron; and also Gregg Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, which Edward felt strongly about.
