She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hicks and Agnes Hicks (Bates); and her siblings, Stanley Hicks Jr., Shirley Frye (Hicks) and Julia Adams (Hicks).
She is survived by: her husband James A. Adams Jr.; and her children, Lee Adams, Duane Adams and Donna MacFadden (Adams). She is also survived by wife and mother for her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patsy's memory to the Brimfield Senior Center, or Hitchcock Free Academy.
