She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Denzil Fernando; her siblings, Ranjan and Christy; and her parents, Benedict Waranakula and Gladys Waranakula (Perera).
She is survived by: her children, Judith Sheolie Fernando (Alvin Ramsey) and Dinali Fernando (Sebastien Talbot); and her siblings, Jayantha, Rohan, Dharshini, Chandini, Nayana and Judith.
