He was predeceased by: his siblings, Virginia Kuster, Patricia Noel, Barbara Cheney, James Arthur and Kathy DiCarlo; and his parents, Edward Arthur and Pearl Arthur (Dean).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Arthur (Ryan); his sons, Sean Arthur and Patrick Arthur (Cailin); his grandchildren, Raymond, Ryan, Seamus and Connor; and his brothers, Patrick Arthur and Michael Arthur (Elaine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ray may be made to the American Cancer Society.
