We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2024, at the age of 89, Peter F. Connolly in Brighton, Massachusetts, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Martin Connolly, John Connolly, Mary Goulding, Sally Candelieri, Anne Cooper and Kathleen Barbati.
He is survived by: his wife Emma M. Connolly (Colandreo); his children, Christine Morgan (Michael) of York, ME, Therese Tedford (Robert) of Billerica, Lisa Hughes (Jeffrey) of Billerica and Peter Connolly (Sue) of Peabody; and his brother Francis Connolly of Reading. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Church (45 Talbot Ave, North Billerica, MA 01862). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fox Hill Cemetery (130 Andover Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).
