He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth Vestal; his wife Lorraine Vestal (Beatty); his brother Delmer Lee Vestal; and his parents, Roy Ivan and Florence Mary Vestal.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Hancock (Wayne), David Vestal, Linda Vestal and Karen Naughton (Josh); his grandchildren, Roy Vestal, Cory Wemyss, Nicholas Hyder, Michele Moran (Michael), Alicia Hancock, Thomas Vestal (Meghan), Samantha Hancock, Keely Naughton and Kenneth Naughton; and his great grandchildren, Timothy, Vera, John, Ivan and Maya.
