It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L Butera of Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Costanza and Pauline Correnti Costanza; her husband Santo Butera; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Butera of Newton, Sally Lucente of Brighton and Cecelia O'Toole of Newton.
She is survived by: her sister Frances Cullati of Brighton; her children, Diane Nozawa of Brighton, John, Cathy Butera of Norfolk, Joan Butera of Walpole and Paul; her grandchildren, Jason, Desiree Nozawa of Hawaii, Marisa Butera of Brighton, Jenna, Scott Ecker of New Jersey, Samantha, Cameron Jolliffe of Blackstone, Nicole Butera of Newton and Alisha Butera of Norfolk; and her great grandchildren, Iolani, Jaziah, Jaydako and Lily.
