He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Maguire (Hopkins); his son Matthew J. Maguire; and his brother Jimmy Maguire. He is survived by: his children, Chad J. Maguire (Kathryn) of Auburndale, Michael J. Maguire of Ashland and Katie E. Maguire of Ashland; his sisters, Patricia Carr (John), Jane Maguire (Billy Monahan) and Nancy Rambo (Rob); his grandchildren, Thomas, Cameron and Griffin Maguire; and his nieces and nephews, Jack Carr (Sue), Karen Palumbo (Bob), Sue Mellusi (Joe), Kyren Maguire, Tricia Dillon (Bob) and Ian Rambo (Laura).
