In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy James leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loretta McTiernan (Oliva) of Brighton; his stepson Carmine J. Oliva (Pamela, family: Samantha) of Dallas, TX; his stepgrandchild Declan; and his siblings, Marlene Edelson of Braintree, John "Spanky" McTiernan and Carmen Zanghi. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and many dear and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home - Quincy (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170).
