He is survived by: his wife Carol Radzikowski (Gilligan); and his siblings, John Radzikowski, Paul Radzikowski (Gail), Marcia Siar (Richard), Margaret Pfeiffer (Richard) and Judith Butler (Timothy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
