He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Healy and Dorothea Healy (Rollins); and his brother Bill Healy. He is survived by: his wife Martha Rose Healy (Tucker); his daughters, Sharon A. Connell (David) of Mansfield and Lynda M. Brunet of Whitman; and his siblings, Barbara Lawlor, Mary Ash, John Healy, Robert Healy and James Healy.
