She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Suchan; and her sibling Christine Morin (David). She is survived by: her spouse Robert N. Mackey of Bridgewater; her parent Mary Suchan (Smerecki); her children, David F. Mackey (Denise) of Walpole and Daniel W. Mackey; and her siblings, Ted Suchan (Charlene) and Raymond Suchan (Debra). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Donations in Theresa's name may be sent to 'Caring For a Cure' founded by the nurses at Mass General Hospital to benefit cancer patients and families through support services and research.
