He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Snow (Flemmi); and his grandparents, Jeannette Flemmi (McLaughlin), Robert R. Snow and Leah E. Snow (Tornberg). He is survived by: his caregiver Theresa Toppan of Bridgewater; his father John R. Snow of Bridgewater; his brother John J. Snow (Morgan) of Raynham; his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Stephen and John Jr.; his grandfather Stephen Flemmi of Boston; his uncle Michael Woodford; and his aunts, Deborah Woodford (Snow) of Holbrook and Nancy Sullivan (late Francis). He is also survived by many loving cousins, relatives and friends.
Donations in Stephen's name may be sent to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston.
