It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha Lee Costa (Bridgewater, Massachusetts), born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Michael J. Costa and Sandra L. Costa (Juliano); her brothers, Mark S. Costa and Eric J. Costa; her sister-in-law Julie M. Costa Myers; and her nieces and nephews, Brianna M. Costa, Mark A. Costa, Jack L. Costa, Mia M. Costa and Sienna L. Costa. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
