He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howe and Katherine Howe; and his sibling Thomas Howe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Howe (Daiker) of Bridgewater; his stepson Kurt Walker; his grandchildren, Madeleine Newton (Michael) of England and Benjamin Walker of Providence; and his sisters, Carol Wood of Florida and Katherine DiBurro of Haverhill. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
