He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nannie Baker and Manning; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Johnson; his children, Raymond Jr. of Brockton, Joseph of Brockton, Richard of Brockton, Mark Baker of Brockton and Vivian Baker Blake (Dwayne) of Hampton, VA; his brother Melbourne Baker Sr. of Brockton; his close friend Norma Correia of Brockton; and his siblings, Joseph Baker, Edna Tubbs, Lloyd Baker, Geraldine Holland, Bernice Marrow, Christine "Tina" Solomon, Marcia Tubbs, Harrison Baker, Roger Baker and Mary E. Baker. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services are private. The family wishes to invite all of Ray's family and friends to a Memorial Celebration to be scheduled at a later date.
