He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Brooks (Noone); his parents, Thomas Brooks and Catherine Brooks (Shields); and his sibling Thomas Brooks. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Lydon (Shawn) and Diane Brooks (Colin Rogers); his grandchildren, David Lydon (Becky), Ashley Lydon and Christopher Lydon; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Giavanna, Violet, Jackson, Amberly, Emma, Maddison and Esme; his close friend Carole Casey; his sister Catherine Cirello; and his brother-in-law Tino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
