He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Urban and Genevieve Urban (Lasky). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Urban (Szumski); his children, Paul Urban, Jr., Kimberly Deveau (Mark), Melissa Urban and Jay Urban (Michelle); and his grandson Cooper Deveau.
