He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Mary Sullivan (Sullivan); his spouse Mary E. Sullivan (Reardon) of Bridgewater; his children, Jean Marie Gouveia (Jason) of Taunton, Daniel R. Sullivan (Teresa) and Maureen A. O'Connor (Gerald) of Norwood; and his sibling Robert J. Sullivan (Suzanne) of Mashpee. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
