He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cecil Marshall and Alice Marshall (Sampson); and his brother Harold of Lakeville. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Merrill, Jr. (Katy); his granddaughter Violet of Carver; his son Scott (Peggy Lundie) of Foxboro; his grandson Michael of Vail, Colorado.; and his siblings, Gene (Donna) of Wilton Maine, Rita Garbitt of Lakeville and Janet Beech (Tommy) of Lakeville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
