C.; his stepchildren, Dwight Scott Hulett of Jacksonville, Gregory Shaun Fowler of Jacksonville, Kristopher Shane Fowler of Jacksonville and Marshall Pickett of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Dale Nugget Swanger III, Sierra Swanger, Adrian Boulware, LynNique Pettis, Eirysh Pettis, NyRielle Pettis and Delilah Ann Fowler; his siblings, John P. Sullivan Jr. of Bridgewater, William F. Sullivan (Beth) of Brockton, Patricia A. Lucini (Gregory) of Berkley, Michael T. Sullivan of Somerset, Eileen Sullivan of Charlotte, N. C, Daniel Sullivan (Kim) of Charlotte, N. C, MaryAnne Sullivan Cedrone of Charlotte, N. C, Sheila Sullivan of Charlotte, N. C and Kevin Decker of Charlotte, N. C; and also Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
