He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Sue" O'Brien (Clark); his children, Christopher O'Brien (Kelly) of West Yarmouth and Shannon Bechard (Matthew) of Sandwich; his brother Mark O'Brien (Mary) of Mansfield; his sibling-in-law Rory Clark Slye; his nieces and nephews, Christine Coleman, William O'Brien, Martha O'Brien, Timothy O'Brien, Bernard O'Brien and Brian Slye; and his caregivers, Mark and Ashley.
