She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Forbes; and her parents, Nicholas Carista and Marie Carista. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Callahan (Jack Bryson) of Raynham and Michael Higgins of Quincy; her grandchildren, Chris Callahan (Becca) and James Callahan of Somerville; her great grandchild Brady Callahan; her close friends, Butchie and Marie Higgins of Bridgewater; and her sister Sandy Starkey (Jean Carr) of Quincy.
