He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Kenney; and his parents, Arthur Kenney and Gertrude Kenney. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kenney (Ibbitson) of Bridgewater; his sons, Jeffrey Gillis (Michelle) of Plymouth, John Kenney Jr. of Bridgewater and Tyler Kenney (Maddie) of Lakeville; his grandsons, Alec Gillis and Jacob Kenney; and his siblings, Linda Evans (William) of Halifax, Arthur Kenney Jr. of Rockland, Paul Kenney (Jackie) of Rockland, Russell Kenney (Vicki) of Raynham, Andrea Kenney of Rockland and Mark Kenney of Rockland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Bridgewater (98 Bedford St, Bridgewater, MA 02324). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America.
