He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. 'Heshy Clark and Catherine E. (McCarthy); his brother Henry B. 'Honey Clark, Jr.; and his niece Katy. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Aucello (John) of Bridgewater and Proud; and his nieces and nephews, Meg, Shawn, Susie and Sharon.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jack's memory to St. John's Church, 2254 Mass Ave, NORTH CAMBRIDGE, MA 02140.
