She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Joseph Ouellette (Jerry); and her parents, Arthur Castilloux and America Castilloux (Alves). She is survived by: her children, Lori Pay (Michael) and Gerald D. Ouellette; her daughter-in-law Nichole LaPerriere; her grandchildren, Cassandra, Elizabeth, Christopher Pay, Jaelyn and Jaxon Ouellette; her stepgrandchildren, Brittany Tainsh, Jakob and Samantha Walkden; and her sister-in-law Donalynne Ouellette. She is also survived by 3 nieces.
