With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ingrid A. Gay of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, born in Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 18, 2022 at the age of 52. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ingrid A. Gay to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her husband Peter J. Gay Born; her mother Judith Leonard (Jim Gibson) of Easton; and her children, Cameron P. Gay of Bridgewater and Elise C. Gay of Bridgewater. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

“Dear Peter, Cameron and Elise, I was fortunate to work with Ingrid for many years until my retirement . During that time she shared many stories of your family’s milestones with me. She was so proud of her family. It was obvious always how much she cherished you. I am heartbroken for you and for the loss of her. She was my friend. I observed her laughing with students on many occasions. Braintree Schools will miss her. Joan Carroll”
