He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane E. Hill (Pothier) of Nova Scotia and George A. Hill, Sr. of Seaford Delaware; his siblings-in-law, Anthony "Sonny" J. Freitas, Juanita M. Freitas (Striplin) and Carol A. Striplin (Marlin); and his nephew Anthony "Andy" R. Freitas.
He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Hill (Striplin); his son Robert W. Hill of Weymouth; his daughters-in-law, Brigitte Valerio Torres of Natick and Dannette C. Hill-Canuto of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Alyssa M. Hill Canuto and Annaleise J. Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Kenneth Striplin and Virginia Striplin (Curtis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
