He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan M. Benson; his parents, Frank M. Benson, Sr. and Louise M. Benson (Stoltz); and his sister Madeline L. Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Janie A. Benson (Noris); his son Frank M. Benson III of Bridgewater; and his siblings, Carol A. Perkins (Donald) of Middleboro and Stephen M. Benson (Kimberley) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
