It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florentino C. Martinez (Bridgewater, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino and Elodia Martinez Vargas (Coto); his son Florentino Martinez; and his sibling Ligia. He is survived by: his children, Kattia, John Dawson of East Bridgewater, Mauricio V. Martinez of Easton, Gustavo A. Martinez of Costa Rica, Juan G. Martinez of Costa Rica and Mario G. Martinez of Costa Rica; his stepchildren, Michelle of Costa Rica, Melissa of Costa Rica and Michael of Costa Rica; and his siblings, Mario and Geraldo. He is also survived by father to his children and despite being tough on his children.
