She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Mullins (Fred, III), Lynda Coggins (John) and Tricia St. Martin (late Raymond, Jr.); her grandchildren, Darlene Lynn Radford (Mark), Frederick A. Mullins, IV, Morgan St. Martin, Sara Mullins, Emma Coggins, Michael Coggins, Matthew Mullins and Payton St. Martin; her great grandchild Chelsi Elaine Radford; her sister Doris Blanchard; her friend Marilyn "Merri" Forrester; and her caregiver Denise Murphy Pearlman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the NVNA and Hospice.
