He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Valley, Sr. and Florence E. Valley (Walls); and his brother William E. Valley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Leona P. Valley (Baribeault); his children, Susan Ryan, Alan Valley (Theresa) and Steven Valley (Lauren); and his sister Lillian Collette. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
