He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Dorothea Smith (Fiske) of Wisconsin. He is survived by: his wife Kim Harrington-Smith of Bridgewater; his daughters, Kelly White (Kevin White) of Bristol and Amanda McDonald (Brian McDonald) of Raynham; his grandchildren, Connor, Caroline, Emma Louise, Tyler and Madalyn; and his sibling Chip Smith. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
