He was predeceased by: his father Jack R. Hoyt. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn "June" Hoyt of Bridgewater; his children, Jacob Hoyt of Bridgewater and Savannah Hoyt of Bridgewater; his siblings, Kathleen E. Charlebois (Edward A. Jr.) of West Bridgewater and Jonathan B. Hoyt (Christine) of Bridgewater; and his nieces and nephews, Edward A. Charlebois III, Myles H. Charlebois, Colin J. Hoyt, Derek R. Hoyt and Ashley B. Hoyt.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Chris may be made to Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center.
