He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Meserve; and his sibling Clyde Meserve. He is survived by: his spouse Claire N. Meserve; his parent Ethel Meserve (Thayer); his daughter Deborah Golob of Middleboro; his grandsons, Michael of Florida and Andrew of Weymouth; and his siblings, Albert (Edna) of Raynham and Beverly Mitchell of Bridgewater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
