She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick J. Coutts; her daughter Colleen Schnabel; her granddaughter Penny; her parents, John Brooks and Mildred Brooks; and her brother Vernon Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick J. Coutts Jr., Constance E Coutts, Candice A. Sullivan, Robert A. Coutts, Barbara J. Coutts, Stacey E. Coutts and Holly B. Fortin; her grandchildren, Frederick III, Christopher, Richard, Jeramy, CaSandra and Shaun; and her siblings, John Brooks III and Alvan Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
