He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Harbeck and Gertrude Van Fleet Harbeck; his spouse Virginia Emerson Harbeck; his siblings, Elsie Schulz, Floyd Harbeck and Raymond Harbeck; his daughters, Allison Beavan, Leslie Beavan and Amy Harbeck (Bola Talabi) of Brewster, MA; and his grandchildren, Brittany Conant, Bradley Conant, Faouzi Talabi and Abdel Talabi.
