She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert P. MacKoul; her sons, Dr. David MacKoul (Mary) of Cape Coral, Dr. Paul J. MacKoul (Natasha) of Virginia and Peter MacKoul of Sugarland, Texas; her grandchildren, Virginia MacKoul, Christopher MacKoul, Andrew MacKoul, Joseph, Sophia and Max MacKoul; her brothers, Philip and George Forzley; and her parents, Eli and Naify Forzley (Shalhoup). She was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
