He is survived by: his significant other Keith Erhardt; his sons, Chad of South Carolina and Josh of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Wesley, Ryan and Marci; his brothers, Gary of East Liverpool and Terry of Monaca; and his parents-in-law, Fred of Brewster and Joan of Brewster.
