She was predeceased by: her spouse George Mikulak; and her parent William Provost. She is survived by: her parent Asunda Provost (Dimeola); and her children, Nancy Bouyea (Peter) of Eastham, MA, Dolly Fortier of Eastham, MA, George "Chip" Mikulak (Geraldine) of Cathedral City, CA, Peter Mikulak of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Gary Mikulak of Terryville. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
