He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph MacKoul and Mary MacKoul (Haddad); and his siblings, Raymond J. MacKoul, George E. MacKoul, Eva Sawayer, Eleanor Walker, Virginia Mariani and Pauline Debs.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. David MacKoul (Mary) of Cape Coral, Dr. Paul J. MacKoul (Natasha) of Virginia and Peter MacKoul of Sugarland, Texas; and his grandchildren, Virginia MacKoul, Christopher MacKoul, Andrew MacKoul, Joseph, Sophia and Max MacKoul. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
