She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. Kearns and Genevieve F. Kearns (O'Neill); her husband Donald C. McBain; her son Donald T. McBain; her brother John Kearns (Kathy) of Holbrook; and also, Thomas Kearns, Jr. and Mildred Coughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Madelyn M. Canniff (Reid) of Quincy, JoAnn McBain (Craig Moore) of Sebastopol and Calif; her grandchildren, Keith Canniff (Krissy) of Pembroke, Kelly E. Goff (Jim) of Pembroke and Donald J. McBain (Liza) of Mystic, Conn.; her great grandchildren, Kate, Gillian, Lauren Canniff, Elizabeth, Allison, Jamie Goff, Jacob and Joshua McBain; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Kearns of Braintree. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Brothers Home For Funerals (1 Independence Ave, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John the Baptist Church (44 School St, Quincy, MA 02169).
